The visionary memorial compels minds and hearts to honor those who have served and have paid the ultimate sacrifice. The memorial, designed by students consists of, engraved granite columns. A plaza with engraved pavers and benches is also part of the memorial, making the site an inspirational for all. Gahanna Woods State Nature Preserve 1501 Taylor Station Road Founded in 1973, Gahanna Woods State Nature Preserve was a successful effort to save one of the last remaining large stands of woods in central Ohio.
